As a Mover/Packer at MOVR, you are the face of the company on every job. You are responsible for protecting customer belongings, loading and unloading efficiently, and helping execute moves safely and professionally.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Every job is different, and you will be expected to adapt, think on your feet, and get the job done right.

Requirements
Packing & Protection
Wrap furniture using moving blankets, shrink wrap, and padding
Properly box household goods, fragile items, and valuables
Label and organize items for efficient unloading
Loading & Transport
Load trucks strategically to maximize space and prevent damage
Safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy furniture and appliances
Secure items for transport
Unloading & Setup
Unload items carefully into customer homes or businesses
Place furniture and boxes in designated areas
Assist with basic setup when needed
Customer Interaction
Represent MOVR professionally on every job
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
Help create a positive, stress-free moving experience
Team Execution
Work closely with crew members and follow crew lead direction
Stay organized and efficient throughout the job
Maintain a strong pace while keeping safety first
Requirements
Ability to lift 75+ lbs consistently throughout the day
Reliable transportation to meeting locations or job sites
Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to follow direction and stay on task
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Flexible availability, including weekends
Preferred (not required):
Prior moving, warehouse, or labor experience
Experience driving box trucks (if applicable)
Compensation & Opportunity
$18–$25 per hour + tips (based on experience and performance)
Flexible scheduling
